Rescue Ladder Aug 1, 2005

The barrels were sitting in about two feet of water. Wooden catwalks allowed one to walk between them (and stay dry). I'm not sure if the water was there because it was supposed to be or if it was just due to flooding in a building which was now exposed to the elements. Either way, this was one of the ladders which provided a way up from (and down into I suppose) the water.
