Alone In The Salt Flat (Badwater) Apr 1, 2007

Badwater, Death Valley is 282 feet below sea level (the lowest elevation in North America) and consists of a large open salt flat with a pool of smelly undrinkable water (hence the name). Admittedly, this photo is just a bit of a one-liner in its attempt to demonstrate scale.
