Obviously I arrived to photograph the building just a little too late. The large truck maintenance bays were the first to receive the wrecking ball. Not that there was an actual wrecking ball though, as the demolition here was very controlled and methodical. All the timber from the roof was actually being collected and stacked for (I assume) later re-use.

However, I wouldn't describe the subject of this photo as 'controlled and methodical.'
