This maintenance bay was at the east end of the building. The Crangle's Collision facility comprised two buildings joined together: the 1940s International Harvester showroom facing Bathurst Street and the industrial sheds to the east.

I assume this bay was for painting, washing, or some other light activity given the lack of industrial equipment. But that's just my guess...
