Partially Collapsed Stairwell Apr 1, 2006

Here's another example where the effects of water damage really shine through. The stair landing at the left of the image has completely broken through and collapsed due to constant water from a hole in the ceiling above. The floor I was standing on to take this shot was also crumbling away (and a little precarious to say the least). Still, these are the moments that don't get photographed very often nor do we see these things every day. It's worth the effort to show them.
