Dead Tree Over Lake Tahoe Oct 31, 2005

Well, we're back from vacation. Now it's time to be tired again. :/ I've posted photos from the last 7 days so feel free to scan back a few days...

The landscape around Lake Tahoe is in many ways similar to northern Ontario. Minus the mountain range. Still, it all felt very familiar. This shot is taken a few thousand feet above the lake after having driven 20 miles of narrow roads with hairpin corners up and down the mountain side (fun!). The beach I photographed a week ago can be seen to the center-right.
