While exploring the Richard L. Hearn generating station with Rob a little while ago, I came across some weird piece of equipment in one of the offices. Rob shone a flashlight on it and we read ‘Percent Explosive.’ *What* is *some percent explosive* and are we close to it???

Just something to worry about next time you're alone in a huge abandoned building… (and I know, it's not the most exciting photo, it just made me laugh a bit)
