Ah this room seems so cozy and bright while at the same time I'd expect to see this as part of an insane asylum. The walls are thickly painted orange and yellow and the sunlight from the nearly full-height window only serves to enhance the effect.

This is one of the many rooms inside the Loblaws Food Bank building (the north building, which is now partially demolished). I was lucky enough to get a guided tour of the building last night by security (thanks!). The place had many different uses over the years, from construction, to theatre to movie sets, so many of the various rooms were painted and configured in interesting ways. I'm still working on putting together a gallery of this place, but as of last night I now have another large batch of photos to work with (all interior). Lovely place...
