Unfairly, I've removed the colour from this image making the chance of recognizing it highly difficult (or so I think).

Know only that it is an everyday object, familiar to billions of people across the entire planet.

Update March 15 2004: I've had a number of people ask me about this object, wondering what it is. So, I've included below a colour version to hopefully help you guys figure out what this mystery object is. A note to JC — you can't guess — I already told you what it is!

Update March 22 2004: So there you have it. Yes, it was a macro of a Coke can label (sorry folks, nothing more intriguing than that). Though judging from the response it seems like a 'what-the-heck-is-that macro contest' might have some interest..
