What a mess. If you ever thought you hadn't seen enough pipes in one place (yes I know, a common concern these days), your opinion would change after a visit here. Unfortunately you need to see the image larger than this web format for the full effect.
In any event, tomorrow's photo will almost definitely be simpler than this one.

I think that might even be enough pipes for today's lifestyles. [sorry - I had to buy some furniture on the weekend, and the catalogues have done something to my brain]

I also bought furniture, but you don't see me apologizing. Also: not a bad photo. i think the effect would have been better had the blank spot in the middle left foreground been somehow eliminated.

HA!! This reminds me of a game my brother had when he was little, with cards with pipes on them and you had to add your card to what was already lain down to make a pipe maze without overlapping your cards. Can't remember the name of it, but it was fun. It had these tiny pipe wrenches, too.

I LOVE this picture!!! It makes me happy

This was really a hummin place in its day. You can tell by the stress cracks in the cement. All those pipes had a definte purpose. All those guages & pumps & steam pipes... I know there are a lot of people out there who miss the "good old days of industrial work"

nice lighting. Your eye isnt drawn to just one thing. It bounces around looking at everything. The whites on the pipes to the whites on the floor and of course the window.

This picture reminds me of that game. The one where you have pieces of pipe and you have put them together to connect two other pipes. I can almost see the green ooze that from that game splatting out of those pipes.

Wow, that sure is a lot of pipes! It must have been quite interesting walking around a place like this.

wicked shot, moving a little lower and using one of those pipes to semi-blick in oncoming light source might have helped with the highlight blowout on that left light. the detail and grain is awesome though. nice work
