Ah yes, they hire drivers who don't know the rules of the road to drive big, large trucks with heavy stones.

This is a lovely photograph! The composition, colour and all the rest, I think this a fantastic. Green water, Red bridge, Blue clouds, each with different texture, GREAT!

Not sure if your comment about the drivers is sarcastic, but the sign is so drivers don't pull up on the weigh scales. Keeps the trucks seperated.
