Update Jan 20 2005: Well, well, well. The site is back. Sorry for the delay folks, but there was nothing I could do -- my web host decided to go self-destruct for the past day and a half. We're back now. For how long? Who knows..

i think it's rad that today's pic is of a sea star because i disected one in school this afternoon. i am a high school art teacher, and today i assisted in an anotomy and disection elective. your macro captured a beautifuly poreous outerlayer landscape...my scalpel sliced through the spiny skin and scraped along its intracate endoskeleton. your colors are fantastic!
